Manifesto

SAFE & HOLISTIC Manifesto

Shared declaration of RealHealers practitioners

This isn't a standard that divides. It's a values declaration signed by every practitioner on our platform — regardless of practice scale. Together we protect this space.

SAFE — Professional and clinical safety

For practitioners: legal frameworks for non-invasive holistic work — complementary to medical care, not replacing it. Automated invoicing, GDPR compliance. For clients: vetted practitioners, transparent reviews, clear information when medical consultation is needed.

HOLISTIC — Holistic depth

Five domains of well-being support — mind, body, energy, intuition, tradition. We respect ancient practices and modern knowledge in parallel.

Holistics isn't an alternative to medicine — it's a different path that has existed alongside it for thousands of years.

TOGETHER — Community, not hierarchy

Every practitioner — from emerging to centre-leading — signs the same values. The scale of practice differs; the foundations don't. Together we define what professional holistics means in 2026.

Every practitioner on RealHealers commits to:

  1. Complementary to, not replacing, medical care

I work in a way that complements medicine — my support neither replaces a doctor's consultation nor a diagnosis. I openly inform the client when medical care is needed.

  2. Boundaries of competence

I work within the limits of my competence and experience. If a client's topic exceeds my practice — I refer onwards instead of trying to take it all on.

  3. Informed consent

Before a session I clearly describe what I work with, what to expect and what not. The client has the right to withdraw at any moment without consequence.

  4. Fair pricing, transparent invoicing

The price is clear from the start, an invoice/receipt is delivered legally. No hidden fees, no packages that force long-term commitment.

  5. Respect for the client's path

I do not create emotional dependency. I support the client's autonomy — their intuition, decisions, pace. I work for empowerment, not for the need of another visit.

  6. Continuous development and reflection

I invest in my skills, use supervision or a peer circle when I need an outside perspective. I listen to feedback — from clients and colleagues alike.

Together we set the standard.
