Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
What is and isn't allowed on RealHealers — for clients, practitioners and visitors.

1. General principles
You agree to act in accordance with your country's law, EU law and Swiss law.
Respect other users — no harassment, discrimination or hate speech.
Be honest about yourself, your services and your experiences.
Protect the platform — no hacking, scraping or technical abuse.
2. Prohibited conduct
Harassment, threats, stalking, hate speech.
Sexual content in wellness sessions is prohibited. Tantra / sacred sexuality only with explicit labelling, 18+, in line with local law.
False information (bio, reviews, prices); medical-claim language ("cures", "100% effective").
Promoting competing platforms, spam.
Scraping, bots, hacking attempts, affiliate fraud, platform bypass (off-platform contact to dodge fees).
Copyright violations, malware, illegal content (CSAM is reported to authorities immediately).
3. Practitioner-specific prohibitions
Suggesting clients stop prescribed medication.
Diagnosing illness without the appropriate licence.
Providing medical services without licence in jurisdictions that require one.
Discriminating against clients based on health conditions.
Coercing positive reviews.
4. Vulnerable persons
Clients in acute psychiatric crisis — immediate referral to qualified specialist.
Suicidal ideation — immediate referral to crisis hotline and cancel the session.
Clients under the influence of substances — refuse the session.
Sessions with minors aged 16–18 — guardian consent required.
5. Sanctions
First (minor) violation: warning email, 24–48h to correct.
Second / first major: 7–30 day suspension, re-acceptance of rules required.
Third / critical: permanent ban, clawback of affiliate commissions, possible escalation to authorities.
Critical (fraud, abuse, child safety): immediate ban, all payouts reversed, criminal report.
6. Reporting and appeals
Report: "Report" button on every profile/booking page, info@realhealers.com, /report form.
Time-to-response (operational target, not a contractual commitment): initial response typically within 1 business day; investigation and decision typically within 7 business days.
Appeals: email info@realhealers.com within 14 days. Reviewed within 30 days.
Consumers may also escalate to: PL — UOKiK / municipal consumer ombudsman; DE — Universalschlichtungsstelle des Bundes (Kehl) or local Verbraucherzentrale; CH — Konsumentenforum / SKS. The EU ODR Platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228).
