1. Point of contact
For matters relating to the Digital Services Act (DSA), including reporting illegal content, RealHealers can be contacted at: kontakt@realhealers.com.
We accept correspondence in Polish, German and English.
2. Reporting illegal content (Art. 16 DSA)
Every practitioner profile, review, service and message carries a “Report” button that lets anyone — including signed-out visitors — flag content believed to be illegal or against the rules. This is the reporting form under the “notice & action” mechanism (Art. 16 DSA).
Reports can also be sent to kontakt@realhealers.com.
The full moderation procedure, response times, appeals (Art. 20 DSA) and transparency reporting (Art. 15 DSA) are described on the Content moderation page.
3. Legal representative in the European Union (Art. 13 DSA)
The platform is operated by RealHealers GmbH, established in Switzerland (Glatthof 6, 9245 Oberbüren, Schweiz). As the services are also directed at recipients in the European Union, we designate a legal representative in the EU.
RealHealers' legal representative in the European Union under Art. 13 DSA is: Monika Macura — Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego, address: ul. Odyńca 7/13, 02-606 Warszawa, Polska, email: kontakt@kancelariamacura.pl, phone: +48 696 010 521.
