Referral Circle — program terms

Referral Circle is the RealHealers affiliate program — every registered user can invite a therapist and earn 10% of the platform fee on each of their sessions, lifetime.

Affiliate — registered user with a referral link.

Referred user — new user signing up via the link.

Commission — 10% of the platform fee on each session by the invited therapist. Founder Ambassador: 25% of the platform fee.

Threshold — minimum commission to trigger payout (€15 / CHF 15 / 50 PLN).

Clearing period — 14-day "pending" status after each transaction (refunds void the commission).

In /dashboard/referrals a unique link is generated. Visitors get a 30-day "_ref" cookie on click. If they sign up within that window, the referral relationship is recorded.

Payouts monthly when threshold is reached. Automatic via Stripe Connect or manual bank transfer (3–5 business days).

Self-referrals — commission VOID, account warning.

Refunded transactions — commission reversed.

Fraud (fake transactions, cookie stuffing) — VOID + permanent ban.

The platform operator (Profit Vector AG, Switzerland) does NOT issue Polish PIT-11 or German Lohnsteuerbescheinigung forms — as a Swiss entity it has no such obligation toward EU tax authorities.

Commissions you receive are taxable income that you declare yourself in your country of residence.

Your dashboard provides a CSV summary of all payouts (/api/affiliate/earnings.csv). Consult an accountant for material amounts.

DAC7 reporting (Council Directive (EU) 2021/514): as a platform operator with EU/EEA sellers we report annual payouts to the competent tax authorities by 31 January for the previous calendar year. NOTE: for personal services (including referral commissions) DAC7 sets NO de-minimis threshold — every transaction is reported, regardless of amount. We therefore collect full data: name, date of birth, address, tax ID/VAT, IBAN.

Standard Affiliate is a publicly available programme for every platform user (client + healer). Commission: 10% of the platform fee on each session by the referred therapist.

Duration: the 10% commission applies for the entire lifetime of the Standard Affiliate programme. Material changes (rate, structure, requirements) are communicated 90 days in advance by email to all participants.

Grandfathering: in case of material changes, existing referrals (created before the announcement date) retain the previous commission rate for at least 24 months from the announcement. After that period, the new terms apply.

Opt out anytime by removing your referral link. Existing balance is paid out in the next cycle even below threshold.

The Founder Ambassador programme is a closed group of at most 25 people in PL (Phase 1), personally invited by the Founder of RealHealers. DE/AT/CH open with each market launch.

Commission rate: 25% of the platform fee on each session by every therapist invited by a Founder Ambassador.

Time commitment: the 25% commission is guaranteed for the entire lifetime of the RealHealers platform — minimum 10 years from the date of Founder Ambassador status activation. It is not subject to changes within the periodic updates of the Standard Affiliate programme.

In case of RealHealers' wind-down, sale, or acquisition: the 25% commitment is transferred to the legal successor or settled financially based on the estimated lifetime earnings value (12-month rolling average).

The Founder Ambassador status is non-transferable (cannot be reassigned to another person) and ends only in case of a material breach of the SAFE & HOLISTIC manifesto or the platform terms. Demote follows a procedure with written warning and at least 30 days for response.
